Triberr is committed to our users’ rights to privacy. We make every effort to conduct our services in a manner that does not violate your personal information and will continue to remain transparent with our practices and policies.

GDPR Compliance

On May 25n the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) will take affect. We’ve taken measures to ensure our internal practices remain compliant with updated governance and are happy to comply and support the effort to increase transparency with regard to the use of personal data.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service have been updated to provide a more precise understanding of how you data is collected, used, and protected. In general, our practice with regard to personally identifiable data is to avoid any erroneous collection or storing of information not required to ensure Triberr.com functions properly.

At any time, you may request your information to be exported and sent to you for review, and we promptly honor any requests by you to have your information deleted and forgotten.

Data Mapping

Status: Complete

We audited all Triberr practices including internal functions, third-party services, and integrations to determine what personally identifiable data we collect from our users, for what purpose it is collected, where it is transferred to, and where it is stored. We’ve also determined that these practices are compliant with GDPR and all relevant governance.

Privacy Policy

Status: Complete

We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to ensure that instances wherein your information is collected, stored, may be used, and is protected are clearly outlined. We’ve also ensured the language properly and clearly communicates our Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Status: In progress

We will add a cookie notice to all marketing pages in order to comply with the E-Privacy Directive. We do not collect personally-identifiable information with our cookies, but we do want to acknowledge the use of cookie technology on our website.

Deletion

Status: Complete

A user can delete his / her / the entities account by navigating to 1) Settings 2) Click on Leave Triberr 3) Follow the remaining steps required to delete your account.

Access / Portability

Status: Complete

A user can request access to a copy of the personal data that we have collected. Users who wish to request portability can reach out to us at any time by email [email protected] . We ask that you provide at least 5 working days for the team to fulfill your request.

Modification

Status: Complete

In Triberr, if a user asks to change their information, he or she can do so by updating settings available at https://triberr.com/pages/settings.php. If a user has a modification to make, the request can be made via [email protected]

A sub-processor includes any third party that we share personally identifiable info with. We’ve conducted a complete audit of all Triberr functions and integrations and commit to outlining all sub-processors used by Triberr.

Q: Does the GDPR change how I can use Triberr?

A: No. Triberr’s features and functionality are unaffected by the GDPR.

Q: How does Triberr collect data—by e-mail, link activity, login, adding to queue?

A: We primarily collect data when a user signs up for Triberr services, connects social media accounts, and schedules a post to be shared to social network(s), or updates their public profile. Data collection is pertinent to the use of social media scheduling, management of tribe activity / performance by the chief of the Tribe, and marketing your influencer profile to potential clients.
