Hi! I'm Katie, and this is my travel story! On my blog you will find stories and photos from my travel experiences, from my own backyard in North Carolina to the Incan ruins of Peru. But hopefully you will find a little piece of inspiration, too. I have a goal to inspire peace, tolerance and friendship through travel. I firmly believe that by exploring our world and learning more about different cultures and ways of life, we can begin to see past what divides us and instead find the common ground that brings us together. We all have different things in life that give us purpose, whether it be love, work, travel or anything else that we are passionate about. But I think we also have a greater purpose to contribute to the wellbeing of this planet and to make it a better place for everyone.
