Pipitone began her career as an administrative assistant for Charmer Industries, followed by an administrative assistant position at North Shore Prosthodontic Associates. She joined Prestige Wine Imports in 2003, where she continued to serve as an administrative assistant but also took on increased financial responsibility, coordinating domestic and international travel for executives, executing loan requests, and processing FX trades. Pipitone then worked as an executive assistant for Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP in New York for one year, purchasing supplies, proofing reports and correspondence, and planning executive travel.
