Aaditya Chand is a finance professional with an impressive academic background and extensive international experience. Born in Aurangabad, India, he relocated to Hong Kong at seven and later to the United States at nineteen, which provided him with a diverse cultural understanding and adaptability. His academic and professional journey is enhanced by significant experience in mergers and acquisitions through various internships.

From an early age, Aaditya was exposed to different cultures, initially in Hong Kong, where he developed a passion for football, playing as a goalkeeper. This experience shaped his teamwork and leadership skills and prepared him for the challenges of relocating to the United States, where he continued his education and personal development.

Aaditya pursued higher education at The University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, majoring in Economics and Finance. He graduated with Upper Second-Class Honors in July 2022. His curriculum included financial statement analysis, econometrics, and mergers and acquisitions, equipping him with a deep understanding of financial markets and business operations. To further specialize, Aaditya completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance at University College London, focusing on Asset Pricing, Behavioral Finance, and Fintech.

Professionally, Aaditya has been active in mergers and acquisitions. In 2024, he interned as a Summer Analyst at Kennedy M&A, a leading global advisory firm. There, he worked remotely on financial modeling and advisory tasks, including preparing a sell-side information memorandum for a client seeking $10 million in Series A funding. Earlier, in 2022, he interned at Stephens in London, where he prepared detailed pitch books and analyzed financial data for various companies.

Outside of his finance career, Aaditya remains passionate about football. He played vice-captain for the Manchester Medics Football Club, leading his team to significant achievements. He is also keenly interested in the stock market, focusing mainly on financial services and technology stocks.

Currently residing in Palo Alto, California, Aaditya enjoys a fulfilling personal life. He is an avid cook specializing in Asian cuisine and an enthusiastic traveler, with Japan and Vietnam among his favorite destinations. Additionally, Aaditya is dedicated to community service, volunteering at the San Mateo Samaritan House, where he assists with client services and administrative tasks, demonstrating his commitment to contributing positively to his community.
