Abram Lucabaugh began his academic career with a Bachelor of Science in Education, majoring in English, from Millersville University in 1995. He furthered his expertise with a Master’s in Educational Administration from Gwynedd-Mercy University in 2002 and completed his academic pursuits with an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Delaware Valley University in 2017.

His career path is marked by a series of progressive roles that showcase his commitment to education. He started as an English teacher at Hatboro-Horsham High School, where he created a PSSA training seminar that emphasized interdisciplinary writing across curricula. His leadership journey continued with roles such as Assistant Principal at Keith Valley Middle School and Tohickon Middle School, culminating in his position as Principal at Central Bucks High School East. In these roles, he was instrumental in managing extensive construction and renovation projects, significantly improving the educational environment.

From 2018 to 2021, he held the position of Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education, overseeing eight secondary schools and championing professional development initiatives for faculty and administrators.

Beyond his professional life, Abram enjoys pursuits that embody his philosophy of a well-rounded lifestyle, including fly fishing, exercising, reading, and writing. His commitment to community service is demonstrated through his involvement in various charitable activities, including coaching baseball and adopting a child, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
