He spent fifteen years with AirMed International and Aitheras Aviation Group, where his responsibilities grew to include managing flight logistics and patient documentation.


In 2019, Adriano was honored with the Pilot Award of Excellence, recognizing his impeccable safety record and dedication to aviation safety over 15 years. Adriano Stavole continues to be an influential figure in aviation, now flying private charter jets while also enjoying life in Broadview Heights, OH, with his family. His hobbies include racing sailboats on Lake Erie and engaging in outdoor activities like camping and kayaking, enriching his life beyond his professional commitments.
