Before that, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing for DRB Homes in Orlando, overseeing land negotiations, marketing strategies, and the launch of nine new communities across Florida. His leadership helped expand the company’s market presence and strengthen operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Dream Finders Homes, where he advanced from Sales Consultant to Director of Sales. He managed more than 20 sales professionals and multiple Area Managers while leading the rollout of the Tampa Division. His leadership combined strategy and empathy, creating a culture of trust and accountability.

He earned an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Seminole State College and holds certifications as a Federal and State Paralegal and in Corporate Finance and Environmental Governance.
