Ben Aderholt is a Houston-based legal professional whose career reflects more than 50 years of sustained commitment to the practice and study of law. In 2002, he joined Looper Reed and McGraw, P.C., where he practiced for more than twenty-four years. His work there included construction litigation, contract negotiation, corporate advisory services, and international business transactions.

Construction law became a defining element of his professional identity. He advised contractors, developers, lenders, architects, and engineers on contract drafting, compliance, and risk allocation. His cases addressed project delays, payment disputes, performance deficiencies, and complex multi-party disagreements.
