Benjamin M. Soto has built a distinguished career in real estate law, title services, and commercial development over more than three decades. As a longtime real estate attorney and member of both the DC Bar and the Pennsylvania Bar, he has earned a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and practical legal guidance. His work reflects a consistent commitment to protecting clients while supporting successful real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Benjamin leads Premium Title & Escrow, LLC, a full-service title company established in 2000 that handles both commercial and residential settlements throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Tennessee. Supported by a team with more than a century of combined industry experience, the company conducts thorough title examinations, issues owner and lender title insurance policies, manages escrow funds, and oversees every stage of the closing process to help deliver secure and efficient transactions.

Benjamin is also the owner of Paramount Development, LLC, a company dedicated to commercial acquisition and ground-up development projects in Washington, DC. The firm's portfolio includes contributions to The Wharf, several major apartment developments, the mixed-use property at 555 E Street, SW, and the Hyatt Place Hotel at 400 East Street, SW. That project also incorporated a modern fire station serving Engine Company 13, Truck Company 10, and Foam Unit 2, which protects the President of the United States.

Benjamin extends his leadership beyond business through active service on respected boards and civic organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors of EagleBank and has contributed to the DC Chamber of Commerce, the DC Public Education Fund, and the American University Real Estate Council. Earlier in his career, he handled bankruptcy matters before focusing exclusively on real estate transactions, while also supporting numerous public initiatives through board service, campaign finance leadership, and investments in community development.

Ben Soto remains dedicated to strengthening both the real estate industry and the communities he serves. His philanthropic efforts include supporting affordable housing initiatives and public education through nonprofit leadership. A native Washingtonian and American University alumnus, he values family, lifelong learning, travel, and reading.
