He is the Chief Technology Officer at Rhodium Enterprises, a digital asset technology company that utilizes proprietary systems to self-mine Bitcoin. In this position, he manages teams responsible for networking, software development, and systems administration, ensuring all technology projects are completed on time and within budget. His leadership approach focuses on efficiency, collaboration, and the implementation of innovative solutions that strengthen organizational performance.
He also serves as Managing Partner at Imperium Investments, a private equity fund that monetizes energy through Bitcoin mining. The firm operates one of North America's most significant mining operations, converting energy into cash while maintaining low production costs. He works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, develop new strategies, and align operations with the company’s long-term objectives. His extensive construction and project management background continues to support his success in managing complex, large-scale projects.
Before assuming his current roles, he and his brother co-founded Immersion Systems after leaving their family’s business, BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring. As CEO, he led the company in developing immersion cooling systems designed for industrial cryptocurrency mining. The concept was created during their mining operations in Texas, where they developed the technology to improve performance and reliability. Immersion Systems was established to meet industry demand when the system gained attention among peers and competitors. The company’s philosophy centered on affordability, quality, and customer service, providing customized systems and direct installation support to ensure seamless deployment.
During this period, he also served as Managing Partner at Palladium Mining Partners, an investment group specializing in large-scale Bitcoin mining. The team completed over 1,200 projects valued between $5 million and $7 billion, achieving exits exceeding $300 million through decades of combined experience in project management, venture capital, and private equity.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring, overseeing national operations and large-loss recovery programs.
