Casey Grove earned his degree in 2000 and started his career in the hospitality industry. He quickly rose through the corporate ranks, eventually specializing in full-service catering for colleges and universities. In 2010, Casey accepted a full-time position as an Event Services Manager at his alma mater. After five years with the school, he jumped to the private sector as the General Manager of a local catering and event rental company.

Grove is a Penn State alum, having graduated in 2009 with a degree in Hospitality Management. After working in the food service industry for a few years, he returned to his alma mater and took on a position as the General Manager of Campus Catering. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of catering operations, from menu development to staffing and budget management.

Casey Grove was promoted to Director of Catering Sales & Strategic Development earlier this year. In this new role, he will oversee on-campus catering solutions at Penn State University. He is excited to continue developing innovative catering solutions that meet the needs of students, staff, and faculty alike.
