Christopher Polvado is a business executive, Senior Executive Business Analyst, and strategic consultant with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, operational management, and business development. Polvado earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Tarleton State University. After graduating in 1994, he began his professional career, focusing on developing expertise in leadership, business operations, and organizational effectiveness.

From June 1994 through October 2008, Christopher served as a regional director, during which he gained significant experience in managing teams, overseeing operations, and supporting professional growth. During this period, he developed skills in leadership development, strategic growth, and client relationship management. He worked to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and help organizations achieve measurable results.

After leaving that role in 2008, Polvado transitioned into consulting and business analysis. Between March 2009 and November 2021, he worked independently as a Business Analyst and Consultant. His responsibilities included advising companies on process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and leadership development. He concentrated on helping businesses improve efficiency, increase profitability, and establish systems that supported sustainable growth.

In December 2021, Christopher joined Cogent Analytics as a Senior Executive Business Analyst. He works with business owners from a variety of industries, evaluating operations, reviewing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. With more than 17 years of senior business analysis experience and over 25 years of leadership and consulting expertise, he brings practical insight to every engagement. His expertise includes operations management, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement, and marketing strategy.

Polvado's leadership philosophy is based on servant leadership. He believes that effective leadership comes from supporting others, strengthening teams, and creating an environment where people can succeed together. Throughout his career, he has emphasized accountability, communication, and the connection of business decisions to long-term goals.

Christopher Polvado has also remained active in community and faith-based service. He has supported the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for approximately 10 years and has been involved with Elevate Life Church in Frisco, Texas, for approximately 20 years.
