Colton Wandke is a financial executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic advisory services. He has built a reputation for his ability to identify, structure, and execute complex financial transactions. Colton currently serves as Co-Founder and Partner at DECA Analytics, LLC, a well-established corporate advisory and business analytics firm in Puerto Rico. He leads the firm’s capital markets services and strategic initiatives in this role. He focuses on transaction advisory, tax credits, grants, and debt financing programs. His leadership has positioned DECA as a key player for innovation-driven companies in Puerto Rico, helping them navigate incentive programs, ensure compliance, and access non-dilutive capital from federal and local grants and transferable R&D tax credits.

Wandke is also a founding Partner at the PR Innovation Fund (PRIF), a specialized lender managing approximately $34 million in assets. PRIF is dedicated to providing financing solutions for research and development enterprises in Puerto Rico. As a partner, he oversees underwriting and ensures that financing opportunities are structured to meet the specific needs of high-growth, innovative businesses.

Colton is also a Founding Member of Assured Cyber Solutions (ACS), a veteran-majority-owned firm specializing in cybersecurity. He manages the firm’s financial operations and plays a critical role in the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. His expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising within the technology sector has contributed significantly to ACS’s expansion.

Before transitioning into entrepreneurship, Wandke gained valuable experience in investment banking and private equity. He led numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions during his career and was involved in significant debt and equity capital raises. His experience in the Life Sciences and Technology sectors has helped him develop a strong ability to guide high-growth businesses through their financial challenges.

Colton Wandke holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the SDSU Fowler College of Business and has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. His knowledge continues to drive success for his ventures and clients.
