Harnessing the boating and water sports skills learned from his father, along with the business acumen honed in college, Corbin Cornwell initiated Big Tex Boat Rentals in partnership with his father and brothers. Resilient in the face of adversity, they've grown this venture into a flourishing enterprise, having already celebrated three successful years and eagerly anticipating the fourth.



His educational pursuits began at St. Anne's and Monsignor Kelly Catholic High Schools in Beaumont. He brimmed with activity, sports, and community engagement these formative years, shaping his multifaceted personality. He then joined Texas State University, attaining dual degrees in Finance and Management, with an additional minor in Economics. His enriching university experience also featured active roles in student government and the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity.



His life is a vibrant tapestry of academia, entrepreneurship, and philanthropic work. His commitment to giving back is evident in his volunteering and fundraising efforts for various charities, including the Wounded Warrior Project and Bobcat Build. His impactful contributions to Mobile Loaves & Fishes and involvement in community initiatives like San Marcos River Cleanup and Flood Relief further accentuate his philanthropic nature.
