Craig has worked in the energy, healthcare, consumer markets, and technology industries. His portfolio has included early-stage participation in notable companies such as Facebook, Databricks, and Anthropic.

Born in New York, Craig pursued higher education at the University of Hartford, where he completed his undergraduate degree. Shortly afterward, he began his career at Lehman Brothers. His years there gave him hands-on experience with institutional finance, portfolio management, and risk assessment. While the role demanded discipline and technical skill, it also gave Craig perspective on the limits of traditional investment models. He recognized that many clients—particularly high-net-worth individuals and institutions—required broader and more tailored strategies to achieve their goals. This realization eventually led him toward a deeper interest in alternative investments.

With that vision in mind, Craig founded Harley Capital LLC. He aimed to create a firm that placed independence, transparency, and client-focused responsibility at its core. As managing partner, he developed Harley Capital into a boutique investment company that works with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts. Harley Capital clients benefit from exposure to carefully chosen opportunities in private equity, pre-IPO investments, and other alternative assets. To further expand investor access to unique opportunities, Craig established Edge Partners LLC. The firm uses SPVs to allow accredited investors to pool resources and participate in companies preparing for significant liquidity events. Operating as a Delaware Series LLC, Edge Partners is structured to be efficient and scalable. Its focus includes technology-driven sectors such as artificial intelligence, robotics, cybersecurity, and advanced software. Through disciplined due diligence and patient strategy, Craig leads the firm in acquiring and holding investments until acquisitions or public offerings create value for participants.
