Danielle Christine United States of America

Danielle was born and reared in Montana before moving to a small community near Coeur d'Alene in Northern Idaho. Danielle's first steps in pursuit of her aspirations lead her to the picturesque Palouse hills. While she acquired an early interest in cooking, it was during her stay there that her enthusiasm for the craft and appreciation for the farm-to-table restaurant model grew. The Palouse region of central Idaho, situated between two college towns and a vast swath of farmland, is home to many noteworthy farm to table business models, many of which Danielle was involved with during her time there.

Though her earliest positions in the business were front-of-house, she spent the most of her time working with the back-of-house crew and mastering the skill of cooking. Danielle's passions consisted of deboning fish, plating and completing desserts, and combining wines and cocktails with seasonal specialties. It was clear to everyone who was watching that her talents were best utilized in the kitchen.
