Dr. Steven Bauer is a respected family medicine doctor from Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been based in the Tar Heel State since 2007 and is preparing to celebrate two decades of service as an independent primary care provider. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Steven Bauer and his team at Ballantyne Medical Associates were among the first outpatient offices in the region to offer treatment with REGEN-COV monoclonal antibodies.

He completed his pre-medical education at North Carolina State University before earning his medical degree at the New York Institute of Technology. Afterward, he completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in New York and was chosen as Chief Resident. For nearly a decade, he practiced in Long Island, serving in private practice and as an HIV disease specialist for a Department of Health clinic.

Today, Dr. Steven Bauer continues his work in clinical research, maintaining GCP certification and serving as a principal investigator for various trials. He is a member of the North Carolina Medical Society, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
