Edward Batko, the visionary Founder and CEO of Logicraft Corporation, leads the Buffalo Grove, Illinois-based company renowned for its advanced contract manufacturing services. His American journey began in 1981 when he swiftly completed his high school education in two years at Sullivan High School. Batko’s professional path was initiated at BDLS, a CPA firm, where he excelled as a consultant. By 1991, he had advanced to managing five retail locations, successfully achieving annual sales of $15 million.

From 1992 to 1999, he expanded his expertise as an International Project Manager at Advanced Systems & Networks, driving the adoption of technologies like sales force automation, CRM, and ERP. His role involved leading a team 18 and forging critical partnerships that significantly influenced his career path.

In 1999, Batko joined PwC as a Business Development Manager, effectively managing projects exceeding $40 million in value. His strategic insight was further demonstrated when he joined IBM in 2002 as the Director of Business Development and International Strategic Alliances. He led over 70 projects valued at over $130 million across various industries, significantly boosting revenues and enhancing global strategic partnerships.

From 2006 to 2008, his role at Aggregate Alliance as Director of Sales and Business Development involved overseeing large-scale projects across the U.S. and Europe. In 2008, he enhanced strategic partnerships at British Telecom, improving the company's global technology market presence.

That same year, Batko established Logicraft Corporation, which quickly became noted for its precision and efficiency in handling complex manufacturing projects. Under his leadership, the company expanded its client base across Europe and Asia, resolving intricate supply chain challenges and significantly minimizing production downtimes.

One of Batko's crowning achievements at Logicraft is the implementation of the "Zero Defect Policy," which drastically reduced production errors and achieved a rejection rate of just 0.001%, setting a new industry standard. This policy improved product quality and significantly increased client trust and business volume.
