Eric’s proudest achievement is involvement with the Challenger Program within Tenafly Youth Basketball. This program, which was created to allow children with special needs to play basketball, has allowed many children to gain confidence, develop teamwork, and experience the benefits of sports. His leadership and advocacy for this program have made it possible for children who might not have had the opportunity to participate in an activity that enhances their development.

Kleiner enjoys attending live music events outside his charitable work, providing him a sense of connection and fulfillment. However, his family remains his most significant priority, and he credits much of his success to their unwavering support.
