Ethan Ruby, Esq., is a New York attorney and licensed independent insurance adjuster with a focus on labor law, insurance defense, and high-exposure claims. He built his academic foundation at the Bronx High School of Science, continued his undergraduate studies at Binghamton University, and earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He currently serves as a Senior Claim Specialist at National Claim Services, where he manages complex claims through litigation, mediation, and risk transfer. His professional qualifications also include licenses in real estate, notary services, and insurance adjusting.

Born in 1995 and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, Ethan grew up in a multicultural home and holds dual citizenship in the United States and France. His parents, who built a hospitality business in New York City, provided an early example of dedication and leadership that continues to shape his approach to work and responsibility.

During high school, Ethan was active in athletics and a member of the school’s state-champion mock trial team. He began his college education in New Orleans, where he participated in community programs supporting boys who had lost their fathers. He later transferred and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Law in December 2017.

Before entering law school, Attorney Ethan Ruby worked as a paralegal at a Wall Street immigration law firm and served as a Judicial Intern at the New York County Supreme Court. These experiences gave him practical exposure to legal procedures and courtroom operations. While in law school, he joined the mediation clinic, served as an Associate Editor of a legal journal, and interned at several public-interest organizations.

After passing the New York Bar in 2021, Ethan began his legal career focusing on labor law and insurance litigation. His work included legal drafting, discovery, depositions, and client representation. In 2023, he advanced into handling high-value, complex claims involving labor law and tort matters.

Since September 2024, Ethan Ruby has continued to lead claims involving construction accidents, property damage, and bodily injury, bringing practical legal insight and commitment to each case he handles.
