Women should feel empowered, if they have a beautiful body they should show it off if they so wish. They shouldn’t be told to hide naked girls because it’s such an old view of women and I think until society changes and allows people to be who they want to be and be proud of who they are we are still going to be stuck in the same mindset. The thought of ‘these women can’t have wanted to do it because why would any woman degrade herself like that?’ is so old. When in fact having the bravery and confidence and power to go naked in front of a nation should be something applauded and not seen as something dirty.
I watched the premiere of VH1’s Dating naked girls over the weekend, and it was about as floppy as many of the blurred out genitals during the course of the dates. The premise is achingly simple: one girl and one guy meet and go on a naked date, and then a proper date with clothes. The next day, each go on a date with a different person (also naked), ending with each date being brought back to the house for subtle inspection by all parties. This happens one more time. So on the last night, there are three girls and three guys, usually all naked, in the pool.
