Grace Abigail Custodio-Bagatsing started working as a healthcare consultant in the San Francisco Bay region after graduating from UCLA. At 25, she returned to the Philippines to further her profession.

Her expertise as a director in LA landed her at Anderson Group BPO Inc. as Country Director and International Sales Director. A big staff of salesmen and account managers, she was responsible for the daily performance of the firm.

As director, she aided large businesses in their BPO efforts. She was a great addition to her team, ensuring everyone received the support they needed to succeed.

Her actions reduced corporate costs while increasing company performance. She has since departed that position, but not before having a significant impact on the company.
