Greg Warnock is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with over forty years of experience in building, scaling, and guiding companies across a wide range of industries. He is the co-founder and managing director of a growth capital firm that supports expansion-stage businesses through disciplined governance, operator-led strategies, and value-driven growth models. Working closely with founders, he helps strengthen go-to-market execution, expand leadership capabilities, and accelerate entry into new markets. The firm’s portfolio includes technology, healthcare, consumer services, and other high-growth sectors, reporting over $5 billion in exits through 2020. He has played an active and consistent role in helping these companies grow effectively and sustainably.


He also co-founded a platform in the food and beverage industry that provides growth capital and operational support to emerging restaurant concepts. Under his leadership, the platform has guided several brands to national expansion by improving unit economics, scaling operations, strengthening supply chains, and preserving company culture during rapid growth.


Earlier in his investment career, he co-founded a venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments in information technology and life sciences. As managing director, he helped shape the firm’s regional presence and investment approach. The firm later merged with another, continuing its mission to back innovative startups and founders.


He also served as Chairman and CEO of a publicly traded SPAC, which went public in 2023. Under his direction, the company completed a business combination with a SaaS acquirer headquartered in Brazil, extending his experience into global public-market transactions.


Before entering the investment industry, he founded and operated companies in technology, consumer products, biotechnology, and marketing. He played a key role in more than 20 mergers and acquisitions, gaining deep expertise in evaluating markets, executing complex deals, and managing business transitions.


In 2008, he launched an entrepreneurship education initiative and co-founded a foundation dedicated to community support in Utah. With academic degrees in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, and a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Venture Finance, Greg Warnock continues to drive business growth, mentorship, and positive community impact.
