Much of his professional journey has been centered on Automax Preowned, where he demonstrated the ability to create and lead a business that meets customer needs while strengthening operational and service standards.
His education provided a foundation for his career. After graduating from Framingham North High School in 1984, he attended Massachusetts Bay Community College and later completed courses at Framingham State College and Boston College. These studies helped him gain essential knowledge in business administration and management, which he applied throughout his professional life.
Alongside his work, he has always valued family and personal growth. Married with three children, he credits his success to his education, determination, and negotiation skills.
In 1990, he founded Automax Preowned, a dealership that quickly earned recognition for reliability and quality service. The company expanded to seven locations before consolidating into two successful outlets, reflecting its strategic planning and customer-focused approach.
In 2000, he created Mina Property Group, concentrating on commercial property acquisitions to expand his ventures. He later led New England AutoMax, Inc., overseeing all operations and achieving a 13% increase in sales by 2010. As president of the Marlboro service center, he managed factory-direct services for all makes and models of vehicles. His leadership at Marlboro Auto Exchange further demonstrated his ability to guide companies toward long-term growth in competitive markets.
He also shares insights on leadership, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, authenticity, and consistency as essential qualities for effective management.
