Isabella Ganas United States of America

From an early age, Isabella Ganas learned the value of consistency, responsibility, and clear communication through hands-on exposure to real business environments. Raised in New Jersey, she grew up around her family’s retail and installation business, where daily operations emphasized customer trust, disciplined processes, and long-term planning. These early experiences helped her understand how thoughtful execution and strong relationships contribute to sustainable results, principles that later became central to her professional path.

Isabella’s multicultural background further shaped her ability to adapt and work comfortably across different perspectives. As a first-generation college graduate, she developed a strong appreciation for education and continuous self-improvement from an early age. This mindset continues to influence her practical, people-focused approach to business, especially in settings that require collaboration across teams, functions, and industries.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Alabama, majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Communication Studies. Isabella graduated with a 3.89 GPA, reflecting her steady academic commitment and disciplined work ethic. Her coursework provided a strong foundation in media strategy, messaging development, and collaborative execution. Through structured assignments and presentations, she strengthened her analytical thinking, writing, and presentation skills while developing a lasting interest in advertising and brand communication.

As part of her academic journey, Isabella spent a short period studying in Rome. This experience exposed her to new cultural norms and communication approaches, helping her become more adaptable in unfamiliar environments. Engaging with different viewpoints reinforced a broader understanding of how communication varies across markets and cultures. These insights continue to support her effectiveness in diverse professional settings. Team-based projects throughout her studies further strengthened her ability to collaborate while maintaining clarity and structure in shared work.

Isabella entered the professional world during her junior year through an internship at AdMarketplace. There, she gained practical exposure to digital advertising platforms, agency workflows, and media strategy fundamentals. This early experience provided a working understanding of how advertising campaigns are built, executed, and measured. After graduation, she moved into full-time roles centered on campaign execution, performance analysis, and coordination across cross-functional teams.

These early roles helped Isabella develop strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and accountability in fast-paced environments. Working closely with media planners and platform specialists deepened her understanding of how strategy translates into execution, optimization, and reporting. This experience prepared her to support large-scale brand initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

From May 2022 to October 2023, Isabella worked as a Business Operations Associate at Carat USA, supporting multiple Procter & Gamble accounts. Her responsibilities included coordinating planning, buying, and finance teams to ensure consistent campaign delivery. She also contributed to automation efforts to reduce manual processes and improve operational accuracy, while supporting onboarding initiatives for new team members.

Between October 2023 and September 2024, Isabella served as a Senior Associate in Commerce Strategy at Wavemaker US. She managed day-to-day client relationships across tiered brand portfolios and delivered recommendations based on performance insights. Her role emphasized retail media strategy, client education, and internal knowledge sharing through clear interpretation of complex data.

In September 2024, Isabella was promoted to Manager of Commerce Strategy at Wavemaker US. In this role, she partnered with Church and Dwight, supporting more than a dozen household and personal care brands. Her responsibilities included overseeing multi-million-dollar investments, advising on budget allocation, and presenting analytics-based recommendations to executive stakeholders. She also co-led business pitches, contributed to process improvements, and supported long-term retail partnerships.

As her career continues to evolve, Isabella has expanded into business development roles within technology and data-driven environments, including healthcare and life sciences. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys cooking, baking, and interior design, which provide a structured creative balance. Looking ahead, she remains focused on steady growth, thoughtful collaboration, and building lasting professional relationships grounded in trust and clarity.
