John Patrick Moglia Male • United States of America
John Patrick Moglia started out his professional life working as an art educator for the East Grand School District in Granby Elementary School in Colorado. During his time there, he also served as the Program Coordinator for the Able and Bright Creative Program for one year. The Department of Education awarded this educational institution the second-highest rating that is currently available. In addition to that, he worked both as an Assistant in a Computer Lab and as a Coordinator for English for Speakers of Other Languages.
In 1998, he relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he began working as a teacher at Forest Hills Central Middle School, which is part of the Forest Hills Public School District. Within two years, he expanded what had been a part-time post into a full-time one for the Art Program. Because of the high number of students who expressed interest in taking John's painting sessions, the program ultimately needed to recruit an extra art instructor. At Central Middle School, where he currently teaches, John P. Moglia has more than twenty years of experience working with children in the art department.
