In addition to teaching, Dr. Joseph Olzacki has over 25 years of administrative and program management expertise. He directed the performing arts, public relations, and curriculum at Bloomfield Public Schools in Connecticut for almost a decade. So he started the infamous Identity Project to teach students from disadvantaged groups about the Holocaust and other genocides Professor Joseph Olzacki is the Director of the University of Hartford Rwandan Teacher Education Program. The Ministry of Education invited him to visit Rwanda.
