Juan Monteverde is a graduate of the St. Thomas University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor with distinction in 2005. While attending law school, Juan participated in multiple extracurricular activities, including serving as staff editor of the Law Review and president of Plead the 5th, the Official Law School Newspaper. In his spare time, he worked as a tutor in various law study focus areas, including constitutional law, property, and ethics. Monteverde knows that CEOs and executives delude themselves into thinking they are above the law due to their wealth and power.


Since graduating from law school, Juan has dedicated himself to providing quality legal representation to those who need it most. He founded his own firm in 2006 and has since represented clients in complex litigation matters throughout the United States. Juan is also an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University School of Law, where he teaches trial advocacy skills to first-year law students.
