His tenure at FiberTower as the Senior Operations Manager for the Midwest saw him directing the planning and operation of intricate backhaul networks incorporating TDM and Ethernet technologies across over 1100 microwave towers.
His professional ascent continued at Teligent, where he advanced from Midwest Operations Manager to Director of Operations. In this role, he oversaw the deployment and management of telecommunications services across a multi-state area, driving notable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Keith's earlier career includes significant operational responsibilities at Nextel in Pittsburgh, managing complex switching centers, and at Westinghouse Communications, where he was deeply involved in network engineering projects, from system upgrades to new installations.
Keith earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Carnegie-Mellon University. He grew up in Buffalo, New York, with his brothers Glenn and Brian, and he is the father of two sons, Austin and Zak.
