Keith Rosenbloom is a co-founder of Cruiser Capital Advisors, LLC, an investment management firm that administers discretionary pooled investment vehicles (the "Cruiser Portfolios"). He has been in charge of the Cruiser Portfolios from their inception. Mr. Rosenbloom has assisted numerous public company boards of directors in identifying and hiring highly qualified members, thereby increasing shareholder value. Mr. Rosenbloom has over 30 years of financial experience, with a particular emphasis on uncommon public and private situations. Mr. Rosenbloom served as Portfolio Manager of the CARE Fund and the CARE Market Neutral Fund in addition to co-founding and managing CARE Capital Group. Mr. Rosenbloom was Director of Merchant Banking at Commonwealth Associates prior to joining CARE Capital. Mr. Rosenbloom is also a director of Hillel International and Hatzalah (Israel's private emergency medical services). Mr. Rosenbloom manages the alternative investment portfolios of two family offices. Keith is a graduate of Yale. Mr. Rosenbloom has extensive experience in private equity investing in addition to corporate finance.
