Ken Termini’s career spans the pharmaceutical industry and high school basketball coaching, blending strategic leadership and a passion for mentorship. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University in 1987, Ken began his professional career with Revlon, later joining Forest Pharmaceuticals. Over 27 years, he advanced through the company, achieving remarkable success in sales and management and earning prestigious awards like Rookie of the Year, Representative of the Year, and Sales Manager of the Year.

Ken’s expertise extended into government affairs, where he played a key role in leading Forest’s State Government Affairs Department and then managed the Federal Public Policy & Government Affairs Department while implementing the Affordable Care Act. He concluded his pharmaceutical career with Forest Laboratories (now Allergan), focusing on infectious diseases and IV antibiotics. Retiring at 50, Ken achieved this goal through disciplined financial planning and long-term vision.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Ken Termini was a dedicated high school basketball coach, where he developed invaluable skills in leadership and team dynamics. Coaching basketball shaped Ken’s approach to management and mentoring, teaching him the importance of motivating individuals, fostering teamwork, and pushing for collective success. His experiences on the court gave him a deeper understanding of how to inspire others to reach their full potential, a lesson he now applies to helping college students leverage their experiences in job interviews. Today, Ken focuses on mentoring young professionals and helping them stand out in the competitive job market.
