Initially, he focused on acting and music, producing, directing, and hosting original projects such as short films and digital content. However, he discovered a passion for real estate and business over time, leading him to shift his focus and build a strong career in these fields.

In 2015, Kyle began his real estate venture by purchasing a condo in Northridge, California, intending to use it as a long-term rental property. His experience with this property laid the foundation for a successful investment strategy. In 2022, he executed a 1031 exchange, selling the condo and reinvesting the proceeds into two new properties—one in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and another in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. These investments demonstrate his growing expertise in property management and ability to navigate real estate for wealth-building and financial security.

Kyle also owns Moveabl., a furniture and mattress business based in Inglewood, California. The company is known for providing high-quality products and exceptional community service. In addition to overseeing Moveabl. 's operations, he is developing a new platform for the business, leveraging his strategic planning and business development skills to expand and innovate.

Before his real estate and business ventures, Kyle made a name for himself as a professional DJ and emcee, performing under the alias DJ Lunakye with VOX DJS. He entertained audiences at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events for six years. Though no longer actively advertising his DJ services, he performs occasionally for past clients and friends. His DJ persona remains part of his brand, reflected in his social media presence, where he continues to engage with his audience.

Kyle has also become politically active, offering commentary on social issues, foreign policy, and economic trends through daily posts on Instagram and X. Known for his humor and relatability, he uses his platform to encourage open dialogue and inspire his followers. As a proud patriot with conservative views, he aims to promote meaningful change and create a stronger sense of community and nation.

Kyle’s background in the entertainment industry began early, with performances in plays, musicals, and TV shows, including roles in major productions like NCIS. His leadership skills were further honed when he served as the Committee Chairman for NFMLA, where he coordinated meetings and managed projects with a positive and strategic approach.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Cornish College of the Arts and additional certifications in dramatic arts and civic leadership, Kyle continues to grow personally and professionally.
