His choice to attend UT was a profoundly personal one, heavily influenced by his family connections to the university and the inspiring experiences relayed by his brother and cousin, who both served as resident assistants and exemplified the vibrant campus life.

During his collegiate years, LeVanuel not only focused on his studies but also immersed himself in various extracurricular activities that enriched his academic and social experience. His involvement with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., a prominent historically African American fraternity, was particularly significant. The fraternity’s emphasis on scholarship, leadership, and community service resonated with LeVanuel’s values, and he actively participated in numerous service projects that benefitted underprivileged communities.

Post-graduation, LeVanuel embarked on a career that began with a role as a Juvenile Youth Counselor. This position leveraged his educational background to help young individuals in challenging situations. His empathy and commitment to positive change made a profound impact in this role, laying the groundwork for his eventual career shift into project management. With over two decades of experience, LeVanuel has excelled in this field, demonstrating exceptional skill in leading teams, overseeing projects, and achieving outcomes that often exceed expectations.

Outside of his professional endeavors, LeVanuel is a dedicated family man who cherishes the opportunity to explore the world with his loved ones. His passion for travel is driven by a desire to experience new cultures and gain broader perspectives, while his culinary adventures reflect his openness to exploring diverse flavors and cuisines.
