Playing with the children after a long day of work is sometimes difficult. We get home and have all the kids come to us asking to play a game such as basketball or baseball. Unfortunately, in spite of our good intentions, many of us simply cannot contemplate after work exercise activities with our kids and often time decline to join them or promise to do so after we had time to rest.
