Lucas Ackerson is an experienced organizational leader and consultant with 13 years of experience helping others become strong, effective leaders. With a background as a college track athlete, he developed core qualities like discipline, resilience, and perseverance that continue to shape his personal and professional path. He believes adversity builds strength and purpose and encourages others to remain steady and trust the process through challenges. His key areas of focus include organizational leadership, time management, and client relations.

He served as Assistant Principal-Athletic Director at a school in Scottsdale, where he led efforts in strategic planning, project execution, and resource coordination. He supported performance evaluations, improved communication with leadership, and coached teacher leaders and cross-functional teams. His work contributed to greater operational effectiveness and team readiness. In athletics, he strengthened program systems and governance, successfully negotiating a Nike Elite Contract and Sports deal.

In Cave Creek, he worked in K–12 Educational Services, providing support to educators, students, administrators, and the broader community. His responsibilities included teacher training, behavioral and instructional coaching, curriculum development, and coordination of professional learning communities.

Before that, he was a fourth and fifth-grade teacher and instructional leader in Scottsdale. He collaborated with colleagues to align both online and in-person instruction with state standards, supported student behavior using the Check-in Check-out (CICO) system, and created a classroom environment that fostered critical thinking and independence.

He also taught second through fourth grades in Wisconsin for 6 years, serving as a PBIS Tier 1 coach, instructional leader, and science curriculum director. His accomplishments included developing a PBIS expectations video, implementing classroom engagement strategies, creating STEM lessons, and applying UDL practices. He was awarded a $500 grant for classroom science materials and contributed to district-wide planning through data-driven instruction.

In addition to education, he worked as a restaurant supervisor, managing staff, overseeing operations, and supporting performance and business development goals.

Lucas Ackerson earned degrees from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, Silver Lake College, and Grand Canyon University. Grounded in faith, family, and service, he continues to lead with focus, humility, and purpose.
