Family has always been a priority for me, but that all changed in March. Manuel Goldring discovered an entirely new level of commitment with the birth of his first kid. Being a parent brings him peace and fulfillment. It hasn't been easy, as it would be for any new father. Inadequate sleep and a full-time commitment are stubborn challenges.


Nonetheless, the prize is worthwhile. One of his greatest joys is waking up each morning to his baby's smile. He's picking up new skills as he goes. Despite what others say, he discovers that every child, including his own, is special. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all plan. He is, nonetheless, having a good time on his journey. Every day, he discovers something new, intriguing, and rewarding.
