Marcie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University in Phoenix, Arizona. During her studies, she volunteered at community mental health clinics and observed patients' challenges and the importance of accessible services. After graduating in 2022, she began working in a psychiatric hospital setting. She earned her certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), reflecting her dedication to ongoing learning and high standards.

Her career in nursing began in 2009 with Maxim Staffing, where she served as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing hospice care. This role required emotional resilience and clinical competence, as she supported patients and families during difficult periods. She later joined The Woods at Parkside, where she cared for individuals facing both mental health and substance use disorders. In 2020, she advanced to a supervisory RN/BSN position at Rivervista Health and Wellness, where she currently leads patient assessments and develops personalized care plans with multidisciplinary teams.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Marcie participates in community outreach efforts to increase awareness of mental health needs. She contributes to education initiatives that promote prevention and early care. In her time, she practices yoga, enjoys reading, and values time spent with loved ones.
