Mark Frankel Male • United States of America

Mark was asked to join the faculty of the Wisconsin Judicial College because he was known for being creative in and out of the courtroom. There, he taught judges from all over the state of Wisconsin the many rules for how to act and what to do in court. His unique way of looking at things went beyond just teaching the law. He also taught people how to pick up on subconscious cues and other small details that can show that a statement is not what it seems to be. He worked to promote mediation and arbitration because he thought that these were (and still are) underused ways to settle disputes that are just as good as going to court for cases that might not need a more expensive or difficult process
