In her personal life, she follows the same balanced practices she teaches. Her routine includes walking, low-impact workouts, and simple daily rituals to support the nervous system. She commits to walking 10,000 steps daily, practices Pilates and sculpt-style workouts, and prepares simple plant-based meals with a focus on nourishment rather than restriction.
