Meg Epstein is a well-known personality in the real estate industry, an entrepreneur, and a philanthropist. She completed her high school education in her hometown of Sacramento, California, and subsequently enrolled at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was an active participant in the Undergraduate Business Society. After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles, she went on to complete the Architecture Program at New York University.




As the CEO of CA South Development, Epstein has been involved in projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars. In Downtown Nashville alone, her team has overseen the development of numerous multifamily and residential condo developments. She has also completed the development of over 850,000 square feet of industrial space in Nashville and Huntsville, Alabama.



In 2018, Meg was invited to become a member of the prestigious Forbes Real Estate Council, which is a role she still holds today. She is also involved with a number of other important organizations, including the Young Presidents' Organization, the Nashville Civic Design Center, Greenways for Nashville, Habitat for Humanity, and Impact100 Nashville. She is a board member of the Nashville Civic Design Center, a member of the Nashville chapter of CCIM, a member of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center McWhorter Circle, and a sponsor of Walk Bike Nashville and Urban Land Institute.



Epstein is a founding member of BrainTrust, which is a female-led organization for ambitious entrepreneurs in Nashville and broader Davidson County. Her involvement in the Women's Business Enterprise Council has also led her and her firm to hold Women-Owned Business Certification.
