His role with Baitulmaal, Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Irving, Texas, highlights his commitment to humanitarian efforts, enhancing its outreach and funding to support its global aid mission.

On a personal note, Monzer has been married to Bassiima Dandan for over 40 years, with whom he shares four children and enjoys a vibrant family life with his grandchildren.
