Identifying significant healthcare deficiencies in his hometown, Nicholas founded Healthy Detroit in 2012. His effective leadership and strategic fundraising enabled Healthy Detroit to secure over $100 million, facilitating extensive health initiatives. By 2017, the organization boasted an annual budget of $15 million, showcasing his successful resource mobilization and program implementation skills.

To expand his impact on a national scale, Nicholas established Healthy Communities in 2017 in Washington, D.C. This consultancy specializes in public health policy. It works with notable figures, including Speaker Paul Ryan, Senators Rand Paul, and Tim Scott, and with initiatives from the White House's Office of American Innovation.

Nicholas also founded Tera Strategies in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he consults on business strategy and operational efficiency. He helps diverse clients, from family offices to corporate enterprises, optimize operations and achieve strategic goals.

Nicholas's expertise is recognized across various industries, including public health, wealth management, and business consulting. He is proficient in English and Arabic and works to enhance his Spanish, enabling effective communication with an international clientele.
