Nicole Elizabeth Perusse, born on January 25, 1995, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, is a certified hospitality service trainer and a skilled athlete. She currently resides in Andover, Massachusetts, where she has established herself as a dedicated professional with a diverse career spanning sports, customer service, and sales.

Nicole’s educational journey began at Holderness School in New Hampshire, after which she transferred to Methuen High School in Massachusetts. She completed her senior year at Chelmsford High School, and following graduation, she pursued higher education in Orlando, Florida, at Valencia Community College. This move exposed Nicole to new experiences that would shape her growth and broaden her worldview. She later returned to Massachusetts and attended Middlesex Community College in Lowell, earning a business management certificate to enhance her career prospects.

Athletics have been a crucial part of Nicole’s life. She has excelled in several sports, including snowboarding, softball, and tennis. In 2007, she won a national championship in Boardercross, claiming a gold medal and gaining recognition in Sports Illustrated. Her performance in snowboarding competitions earned her multiple accolades, including a judges’ choice award for consistently placing in the top three. In addition to her success in snowboarding, she has been an active member of various softball teams in the USA, NSA, and ASA leagues, and she was also a varsity tennis player at Holderness during her first year.

Nicole’s professional career began in the hospitality industry, where she worked as a server and bartender at Longhorn Steakhouse in Massachusetts, from 2015 to 2019. In this role, she developed a strong work ethic and honed her ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. She earned bartending and food safety certifications, becoming a ServSafe-qualified food handler. Her attention to detail, ability to handle high-stress situations, and leadership qualities led to her taking on the trainer role, helping new employees acclimate to the fast-paced environment.

In 2019, Nicole made a career shift, taking a position as a sales associate at Verizon Wireless in Burlington, Massachusetts. She quickly adapted to the sales environment, exceeding her targets and demonstrating strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Her ability to build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities led to her recognition as one of the top performers in her team.

Nicole is a service waitress at Burton’s Bar and Grill in Westford, Massachusetts, where she continues to apply her multitasking and customer service skills in a busy restaurant.
