Noah Motto is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in Daytona Beach, Florida. He provides accounting services for individuals, businesses, and government organizations. His dedication to his profession has been evident from the beginning of his career. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree, he interned at James Moore & Company, where he discovered his passion for accounting. That experience convinced him that public accounting was the right career path.

While at James Moore & Company, Noah completed his MBA and earned his CPA license. His commitment to ensuring accuracy in every task and maintaining high professional standards is a defining trait. He is meticulous about his work, always double-checking calculations and maintaining proper documentation to prevent financial issues affecting clients' financial stability.

Noah’s dedication to continuous learning has been central to his success. He stays updated on changes in tax regulations and accounting best practices, which allows him to provide the most relevant and effective services to his clients. His ultimate goal is to help clients navigate complex tax laws and ensure their businesses remain compliant.

Born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida, Noah had a strong interest in sports and volunteer work from an early age. Throughout high school, he participated in football and soccer and gained recognition for his athleticism on the Seabreeze High School varsity football team. Alongside his sports achievements, he was also dedicated to helping others. He went on mission trips with Salty Church to Costa Rica and raised over $1,000 through a GoFundMe campaign called Kicking for Cancer, which he donated to the American Cancer Society.

Noah attended Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, where he played on the school’s Division 1 football team. He balanced his athletic responsibilities with academic work, maintaining a 3.4 GPA. He later transferred to the University of North Florida, where he earned his degree in business administration with a focus on accounting. During this time, he worked at Discount Tire, where he gained valuable customer service experience.

After completing his bachelor’s degree, Noah obtained an MBA in Accounting and passed the CPA exam within six months. By 2024, he had officially become a licensed CPA in Florida. At James Moore & Company, he progressed from an intern to a Senior Accountant and eventually to his current role as a Tax Supervisor. He now manages a team of seven employees and oversees the accounts of over 200 clients. His expertise includes tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate and manufacturing accounting.
