After earning his real estate license on his first attempt, he worked as both an investor and agent, completing more than $20 million in property transactions between 2012 and 2018. His involvement in construction began earlier, in 2003, when he started building homes alongside his cousin. Over time, he remodeled properties and developed the skills that later supported his construction business.
