Blogger Tribe (Public Tribe)This is a tribe for authors and bloggers of m/m fiction as well as GLBT subject matter. GLBT book reviews and promotions are encouraged. I'm especially interested in M/M Romance, Erotica, & BDSM genres.
If you are new to Triberr, here are some tips to getting started. The first thing you want to do is to link your blog. Go to Account>Settings>My Blog. Once you've attached your blog feed, click on "assign tribes." If you have multiple blogs, be sure to assign blogs with M/M or GLBT content to this tribe.
When your blog is set up, it's important to set up your social media accounts so you can share tribe member's content. Go to Account>Settings>Social Media Networks. You'll have the option of connecting Twitter, FB, or LinkedIn. Once that's done, you are ready to go. Whenever you post on your blog a link will be visible on your profile page for others to share. You can check your stream to share, or go directly to the tribe's activity tab.
For those of us who are short on time, Triberr has a great auto-share feature. So, if you know a tribe member posts the type of content you want to tweet, you can add that member to auto-share and Triberr will do the work for you. Here's how: Go to the member's profile page. At the top of every profile is a follow button. Click on follow and an option will pop up to auto-follow. Select yes. If you are already following the tribe member, un-click follow, then click follow again so you can select yes to auto-follow.
One way to increase interaction with your content is to add tags to the subject line of your blog post. Here are some relevant examples, but you can also be creative: #MM #MMRomance #Erotica #GayErotica #MMFantasy #Taboo #amreading #amwriting #Giveaway #5star #Review
If you have any additional information that you think will be helpful to this tribe, please let me know and I’ll be glad to add it.
