Paul Daugerdas is a notable consultant, attorney, and certified public accountant from Wilmette, Illinois. He achieved his CPA Certificate from the University of Illinois the same year. His academic journey continued at De Paul University's College of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors, cum laude, in 1974.
His career kicked off at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he started as a staff member, ascended to a manager, and ultimately became a partner by 1984. His tenure at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1974 to 1994 saw him engage deeply in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He also led the Central Region Financial Markets Team, managed the Chicago Office "On Call" Team, and was a Financial Valuation Services Specialty Team member.
In 1994, Daugerdas transitioned to the Law Offices of Altheimer & Gray as a partner and Head of the Tax Department. He later joined Jenkens & Gilchrist as a Shareholder/Partner from 1999 to 2002, where he managed the Chicago office and co-directed the Tax Practice. His expertise also earned him a place on the Management Advisory Committee at Jenkens & Gilchrist.
In 2003, he embarked on a new venture as a consultant and managing director at Treasurex Financial, offering extensive expertise until 2014.
Outside of his professional realm, Daugerdas has been deeply committed to philanthropy. He notably supported The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northern Illinois, serving as its Chairman and President in 2002 and 2003.
