Philip Raymond Baquie, Psy.D., is the founder of Tradecraft Leadership Group. This consultancy prepares leaders in high-risk industries to operate under pressure, communicate effectively, and build resilient, high-performing teams. With a background in the military, law enforcement, and private security, he brings practical leadership experience from environments where precision and accountability are essential.
He integrates psychological knowledge, operational experience, and human performance science to help leaders think clearly, act decisively, and lead with purpose. His training has supported personnel from Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, U.S. Marshals, DEA, and U.S. Border Patrol. Through his Presilience and Human Factors Leadership frameworks, he focuses on strengthening decision-making, communication, and accountability before challenges arise.
Phil Baquie contributed a chapter to an upcoming book focused on leadership and wellness for first responders. He also appeared as a subject matter expert and cast member in the award-winning documentary PTSD911, which features the personal accounts of a firefighter, police officer, and 9-1-1 dispatcher, offering insight into the long-term effects of trauma on those serving in critical roles.
He studied Executive Leadership Coaching at Harvard University.

Holding a Doctor of Psychology and with hands-on experience across military, law enforcement, and energy sectors, his work in 39 countries has shaped his understanding of both cultural diversity and the foundational values shared by elite teams—trust, responsibility, and connection.
He served for over seven years as CEO of Alpha 6 Tactical Solutions, where he led tactical operations for high-profile clients in complex environments and conducted more than 500 training sessions for SWAT teams, Special Operations Forces, and federal agencies.
Philip Baquie also founded Wellness Centers USA, a behavioral health company with two clinics and a team of 35, where he developed programs focused on resilience and performance for veterans and law enforcement leaders.
He served eight years as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard and Reserves, leading Infantry and Tactical PSYOP teams.
