That same year, he entered the real estate industry, joining Keller Williams Metropolitan. He later joined CiTY LiVN, where he focused on financial modeling, cash flow projections, and market analysis. This role strengthened his understanding of property investments and financial planning. In 2017, Pratik Gandhi became president of Mpire Builders, a company dedicated to acquiring and improving under-managed or distressed properties in the Houston region.
