Robert Parrinelli Male United States of America

Robert Parrinelli is a New York trial attorney and managing partner at Appell & Parrinelli, where he has spent more than two decades concentrating on personal injury, construction accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. Over the years, he has represented thousands of clients and achieved multiple multi-million-dollar results through steady, focused, and careful legal work.

He grew up in the greater New York metropolitan area and went on to study at Hofstra University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management in 2000. During his undergraduate years, he played on the Men’s Division I Lacrosse Team and served as team captain in his senior season. That same year, he was selected to compete in the U.S.I.L.A. North-South All-Star Game, an honor given to leading collegiate players. After completing his undergraduate degree, he continued at Hofstra University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2003.

In 2004, after admission to the New York State Bar, Robert began his legal career in New York City as an associate trial attorney under his mentor's guidance. The experience helped build his courtroom skills and later contributed to the formation of Appell & Parrinelli, where he eventually became a named and managing partner.

In this role, he leads a firm dedicated to helping individuals and families who have sustained significant injuries or losses. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, construction and worksite incidents, premises liability, product defects, wrongful death, commercial property disputes, and medical malpractice matters. He is selective with his caseload, ensuring that each client receives direct involvement and a thorough approach.

Robert's firm has earned several notable results, including $6.5 million for a child injured by a defective radiator, a $6.3 million verdict stemming from a contaminated food product, construction recoveries of $3.3 million and $3.1 million, a $2.7 million outcome in a medical malpractice case involving a missed cardiac arrest diagnosis, and additional settlements of $3.1 million in a premises matter and $2.3 million in a motor vehicle accident.

His experience also includes toxic exposure, lead poisoning, labor discrimination, sexual harassment, and defamation. He is admitted to all New York State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Outside the courtroom, he mentors young attorneys, coaches youth lacrosse, supports charitable efforts, completed the New York City Marathon in support of a spinal cord injury foundation, and remains active in community programs. As a father of four, he continues to balance family and professional responsibilities, values that remain essential to Robert Parrinelli's work and life.
